Sorry, all I can think of is that Anya and Lia have the same hair style that I had in my Junior high (or was it high school) photo!

You are now officially a member of the older generation. Lia's costume was a great hit those of her generation, who, in large numbers, recognized the "fuzzy whatzit" and were delighted to see it wandering the street.

Only the clueless said stuff like, "What is it, a monster potato?"

Do not feel alone in your cluelessness though, I made the darn thing and can't remember what it is called.

just wanted to mention that my father, a very healthy old man, called an ambulance because he was experiencing recurring pains in his chest which was very unusual for him, being such a healthy man. he was in a panic. the paramedics arrived within 15 minutes, potentially saving his life, but as it turned out whatever happened to him was not life threatening in any way- ie. not a heart attack. he was discharged from the hospital 3 hours later with a seven thousand dollar bill, not counting the ambulance ride. wheeee! all this for thinking that he was having a medical emergency. this is in florida. blue cross decided that was not covered.

now that seems a little bit strange, don't you think?

Hello to you and your beautiful family. It has been almost eight years since last we were online. I remember thinking how amazing to be able to talk to someone on the other side of the USA. James suggested that I get in touch with you. I hope this works. I can't wait to chat with you. You really did it you said you were working on a web page, this is really cool. Your Halloween pic's are really neat. I really don't want to get too personal on this page. Annie would you mind if you would send me your email address so we can catch up I have so much to tell what has gone on in my life since L've been in Birmingham. Can't wait, Demi

I seriously doubt that you need to be told this given your proximity to Allan, but the phenomenon you so brilliantly illustrate is the only true innovation which Microsoft can claim.

Purchase a disk or a computer with that disk's contents upon it and you not only DO NOT own the data on the disk...it is strongly suspected that, by virtue of the "agreement" people oh-so-impatiently click at the end...

You cannot in logical argument convince me that you even own the computer anymore.

Sad indeed. Points well made Annie.
